Administrative Appeals Tribunal
Under the Migration Act 1958 you are entitled to apply to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) for a merits review of an application that has been refused by the Department of Immigration and Boarder Protection.
The AAT is responsible for the review of administrative decisions made under Commonwealth laws and has the power and jurisdiction to change migration and refugee visas and visa-related decisions.
At Simply Migration, we can evaluate the circumstances on which your application has been denied, advise, assist and represent you through your appeal process. With a track record of successful appeals, and extensive knowledge of Australian migration laws and legislation, we are committed to do our best to reverse a denied visa decision to favourable outcome.
If you have had a visa cancelled or refused, please contact us for assistance. It is important not to delay your appeal. The review period is prescribed in law, and a request for review can only be made within 21 days after your application has been refused.
